C-Section Postpartum Guide

  4. High Waisted Lounge Pants: Anything that was somewhat near my c-section incision always caused me pain and stressed me out. I wish I would have had some comfy high waisted lounge pants like this after I had my c-section.

  5. Post C-Section Supplements: These Supplements sound like the holy grail for c-section recovery! So Many reviewers saying that the had minimal swelling and exceptionally quick recovery times after taking these vitamins post-op!

  6. Hot/Cold C-section Therapy Packs: Give yourself a little healing therapy with these gel therapy packs that can be used over and over again to help reduce swelling and pain in your c-section incision.

  7. Tummy Control Undies: These undies are perfect for the transition when no longer using your tummy postpartum belly band.

  8. Skin and Scar Balm: This healing scar balm would have been amazing to know about after my cesarean! It helps your scar heal quicker while moisturizing and leaves the scar lighter helping with the appearance of it. Some reviews even saying they have used it on stretch mark scars and it has lightened them drastically!

  9. High-Waisted Yoga Short: Some great tummy control shorts are perfect for recovery as they have the perfect amount of stretch while still giving support.

  10. Silicone Scar Sheets: I used some scar sheets nearly identical to these about a month after birth and had totally wished I’d know about them sooner! I had some very raised and bumpy scaring and they absolutely helps to soften out my scar and help it heal so much quicker!

  11. C-Section Recovery Band: This Frida Mom Recovery band is a very lightweight and comfortable. Helps reduce any cramping and can be used with either hot or cold packs that come with the band. This would have been a game changer after my c-section!
