“I never use the lash primer before but I figured I would give it a shot and I regret nothing. I put this on under any mascara and it makes that mascara 10 times better. You can wear this alone because it is tinted but it does work better with mascara. It doesn't let the mascara get clumpy it helps lengthen and separate and I think compliments on my eyelashes all the time. It's crazy because my naked eyelashes are thin and almost blonde so to have people say oh my gosh you have such long beautiful lashes I have to give credit to this primer.
