Pregnancy Must Haves
Barf Bags: These barf bags are the best thing to have on hand in the car. Take it from me and don’t learn that lesson when it’s too late! They are also great just to have in the car even for when you aren’t suffering from morning sickness.
Fetal Heartbeat Doppler: After three pregnancies, this is one of my favorite items to have. I love being able to listen to the babies heart beat for peace of mind before I start to feel constant movement.
Maternity Leggings: I have 4 pairs of these maternity leggings and I am here to tell you, they are the best ones available on Amazon! Come in tons of colors and are 25% off right now with an additional 5% off coupon!
Wedge Pillow: I have tried allll the pillows in my 3 pregnancies and this wedge pillow is the way to go in my opinion. The giant body pillows are nice but so annoying and hard to maneuver in during the night. This simple small wedge pillow is great to place at your back, under belly or in between your legs for support and easy to move during the night. It’s 17% off today!
Magnesium Lotion: THIS. STUFF. IS. A. GAME. CHANGER. Finally on my third pregnancy I have found the holy grail of pregnancy products and it is this Ancient Minerals Magnesium Lotion. If you have ever woke in the middle of the night with excruciating leg cramps during pregnancy, you know the amount of money you would pay to make them stop. Usually that side effect comes from lack of magnesium. Prevent those bad boys from happening with this amazing highly rated magnesium lotion. It works light a dream!
Belli Stretch Mark Oil: My sister in law gave this “belli” oil to me almost 7 years ago on my first pregnancy and I have used it religiously with every pregnancy since and never gotten stretch marks. With that said I know I do get stretch marks because I have them on my hips from my growing years when I was younger so I am a believer in this dermatologist and OB recommended oil!
Re-Lyte Electrolytes: They have studies saying that worse suffering from morning sickness is linked to being dehydrated. This Re-Lyte Electrolyte powder has great flavors ( I love the pinã colada) and minimal sugar. This stuff is so much healthier than the other popular electrolytes out there.
Belly Support Band: Once I hit that 30 week mark this is a must have for me. I spend a ton of my days working on my feet doing hair and this helps give my belly and back the support it needs. I assume this would be great for those with desk jobs as well! 10% off right now.
Honest Belly Butter: This Honest belly butter is hypoallergenic making it great for sensitive skin and keeps skin moisturized for 24 full hours. I get extremely dry skin and easily get itchy during pregnancy and this stuff makes the biggest difference.
Preggie Pops: Preggie Pops really work to help relieve sickness and are made with organic essential oils and plants that help to relieve nausea naturally. They come with 4 different flavors which was so nice to switch it up and never made me sick of of a particular one.
Olly Prenatal Vitamins: I am so picky about pills that have to be taken during pregnancy and these Olly Prenatal’s are the best I’ve found yet! It has the important Folic Acid and DHA, the after taste is barely there but is minty so you don’t mind it, and they’re easy to swallow small capsules!
Unisom Sleep Tabs: I don’t think I could live without Unisom throughout pregnancy. In the first trimester it helps relieve nighttime sickness and my insomnia. The insomnia comes back in the 3rd trimester for me and helps me get better sleep when I am uncomfortable.
Face Ice Roller: I have that unfortunate side effect during pregnancy where in the later months I start to get swollen and retain water no matter what I do. It mostly shows in my face. I use this every morning once I reach that point and it seriously takes down the swelling an insane amount. I feel so much better once I do it!
