Studies show kids rooms should be really dark to help them sleep and we’ve always found our kids sleep 100x better when they have blackout curtains in their room. I’m shocked at the price of these blackout curtains! Make sure you measure how tall you need them, but most all sizes are around $20 for 2 panels!
