Kids Summer Learning and Activities Guide

Kids Summer Learning and Activities Guide

  1. Letter Learning Game: This game is so much fun for my 5 year old. Its really helps her nail down all the letters of the alphabet and learning how to sound out and spell words! We get this out all the time in our house!

  2. Letter Bead Bracelet Kit: This is such a great activity for older aged kids and so fun because they can make jewelry for themselves or for a friend!

  3. Magnetic Drawing Board: My kids absolutely love this toy. You create pictures with the magnetic pen and can easily start over and draw something new. I feel like its so great for fine motor skills. We love to keep one in the car because there are no small pieces that can easily get lost and its like mess free drawing!

  4. Face Sticker Sheets: These are so fun and inexpensive. Comes with 36 Sheet for $11! Even my two year old loves to join in on this activity. I love to use these to entertain my kids while I make dinner or if I just need a half hour to shower and get ready and it always works!

  5. Brain Game Cards: These educational cards have multiple games to play for ages 6 and up. They come with dry and erase marker making them easy to use over and over again. They are great for skill learning and problem solving. Would even be a great activity for a road trip.

  6. Bordem Buster Games: These games are sure to keep your kids entertained. Almost the same as the brain game cards but for ages 3-6. Love that they are reusable so that can be enjoyed over and over again!

  7. Sight Word Cards: These cards are only $2.88!! Every home with little kids heading to school next year could use them! They are the perfect if your kid is going into Kindergarten!

  8. Guess in 10 Game: If you have a little animal lover in your home your child will love these cards! They will learn random facts about animals all over the globe and have a better knowledge of something they are interested in!

  9. Aqua Magic Doodle Mat: This Aqua Mat is like magic as the ink is invisible and completely mess free. It keeps my kids entertained forever. I love that it can easily be anywhere in the house because I don’t have to worry about any messes. It also has alphabet tracing on it so my 5 year old can practice writing.

  10. Osmo Starter Kit: If you are looking for some interactive play for your child, Osmo is the way to go! This starter kit is only the beginning of what osmo has to offer. Your child can learn to draw, spell, do math, problem solve and so much more. There is an options for iPad or Fire Tablet.

  11. Melissa and Doug Scissor Skills: This last year my daughter became obsessed with using scissors. I wanted to find a way for her to learn to be safe with them and perfect the skill so we got her this book for her stocking for Christmas. I could not believe how entertained she was with it. I swear she did it for hours!

  12. Home Scavenger Hunt Cards: These scavenger hunt cards would be perfect for a rainy day! The reviews are amazing and everyone says their kids are obsessed! Im definitely buying them for my kids. I also read a few reviews that said these are wonderful to help a child with speech delay!

  13. Summer Activity Book: If you need a quiet time activity for your kids This activity book is filled with games like word search, sudoku, and mazes. This Book is great for ages 6-10.

  14. Paper Airplane Kit: Perfect for the child that loves a creative activity. With this book they will learn how to make all different kinds of paper airplanes!

  15. Creative Forts Kit: My kids are absolutely obsessed with fort making! This kit would probably save my sanity so they don’t continue to tear apart the living room with couch cushions and empty out all the blankets in the linen closet every time they want to make one!

  16. Indoor Tunnel Tubes: We have a single tunnel tube much smaller than this one but my kids LOVE it! They could play in it for hours and its the perfect toy on a rainy day when they need to get wiggles out! They would lose their minds over this quad tube! The best part is this fold up small so it isn’t constantly taking up space!

  17. Brain Quest Summer Learning Books: We’ve shared these before and you guys loved them! Help your child of any age keep up on all the skills they learned in school this last year with these brain quest books! Don’t let them forget everything from last year during the summer. This would be the perfect chore to give your kid if they are wanting to go out and play or have some screen time.. Just tell them to do a page or two before!
