I’ve been buying my medicine from amazon for years now. You can pay $10 for 100 brand name Tylenol or the same price for 500 Amazon Basic Care Extra Strength Pain Relief, Acetaminophen. Literally the same thing.

I also always have the Amazon Basic Care Ibuprofen Tablets on hand as well. 500 tablets for only $8.99!
